Corporate Governance
Our governance framework outlines our structure and the governing roles within the Company. It sets out the procedures and guidelines we adhere to which facilitates responsive and effective decision-making, ensuring that the Board and its Committees, with the Senior Leadership Team are able to collaborate proactively, consider issues and respond effectively.
Senior Leadership Team
The Senior Leadership team is responsible for the day-to-day running of I-RES and for executing the strategy. The team manages, monitors and provides the senior leadership input underlying the Company’s strategic and business decisions, ensuring strong alignment on business priorities, investments and actions.
