We are embracing digital transformation within I-RES to drive innovation through technology and transform our business and the resident experience. Since 2022, we have strategically invested in the creation of I-RES Living, our unique vertically integrated operating platform. I-RES Living is based on our strategic selection of Microsoft systems coupled with Yardi - a leading integrated, cloud-based core business platform for investment and property management.

The I-RES Living platform combines market-leading technologies with our 90+ team, alongside our country-leading local knowledge as the longest-running and largest professional private residential landlord in Ireland.

A major milestone in 2023 was the launch of our I-RES Living mobile app and web portal across the whole portfolio. Within six months we had almost 75% coverage (at least one user per apartment) across I-RES homes and an 85% satisfaction rate.

The app allows us to deliver a resident-friendly user experience with a mobile-first approach enabling faster service provision in line with the needs and expectations of our diverse resident base. The I-RES Living mobile app provides residents with a host of new mobile-first services such as:

• One-click access to our inhouse maintenance and service teams
• Requests for lease adjustments and general enquiries;
• Personal document portal
• Customer service and emergency support
• Local resources
• Regular community updates

The I-RES Living platform also enables our end-to-end resident lifecycle, with efficiencies and process enhancements, and the ability to develop a 360 view of our residents from initial enquiry through to exit, so that we can provide more, newer, faster and more efficient services using a greatly improved data set.
